Welcome to my Web page! I am proud to be one of your voices on the Weldon, NC Board of Town Commissioners.

I have been a citizen in the town of Weldon, North Carolina for 9 years and have served on Weldon’s Board of Commissioners for 4 years, and current serving as the town’s Mayor Pro-Tem. As one of your town Commissioners, I will work for the well-being of all residents of the town of Weldon, NC.

I am a retired Project, Product and Process Manager of the AT&T Corporation where I worked for 30 years. After retirement my wife Rosalee and I relocated to Weldon, NC because I was born and raised next door in Northampton County. My community involvement includes the Roanoke Salem Missionary Baptist Church and a member of the Roanoke Valley Adult Daycare Center board of directors.

My goal as a Weldon Town Commissioner is to assist in make the town of Weldon, NC a “Tourist Destination” by accentuating and capitalizing on the amenities and natural resources in and around our beautiful town. Hopefully, if we can increase tourism within our town, we can also increase revenue for our local businesses and increase investments within our town there by increasing our town’s tax base.
